If you are like me and have a little extra time this Christmas break then I have a few things you can check out.
Check out the website www.anglingmasters.com for a lot of people who just plain like to fish. If you are familier with myspace or facebook, this is similar but set up for fishermen and women.  You can search people in your area, you can build your own cabin or web page.  You can post pictures, article or create your own blog.  As you add friends and marinas you can begin to grow it to what you want.  It is a great way for beginning tournament anglers to advertise yourself and begin to grow into sponsorship.  It is a awesome tool you can use for free. I have a cabin and several of my sponsors/prostaffs have Marinas and Cabins.  While you are there check out my cabin, blogs and related marinas.  Also Secret Weapon Lures has a marina that hosts some fun games.  They have a cabin of the month and a chance to win a gift certificate each month.  You too can have your very own SWL Lure.  While you are at SWL website you can enter contests to win Lure Packs as well.  SWL has a great deal of informing about fishing spinnerbaits and buzzbaits.  JKRUZ Eyewear also has a Marina.  These are a great pair of polarized glasses at a good price. Right now they have a sale going on but you better hurry it ends soon.
